Coatd Driveway Protection Credit Policy

How it works:

  • Enroll in the Coatd Wash Plan: two professional washes per year (spring & fall).

  • After your fall wash, add a Coatd Sealant within 20 days to lock in protection before winter.

  • If, while your subscription is active, your HOA issues a written demand requiring driveway or walkway repair/replacement, Coatd will credit back 100% of your past year’s subscription fees as a discount toward the repair or replacement cost — when you choose Coatd to perform that service.

  • When Coatd installs your new concrete, we will recoat the surface at no additional charge to reset your protection plan.

Coverage scope:

  • This policy covers damage resulting from normal wear and tear, such as weathering, salt exposure, spalling, and gradual surface deterioration.

  • Pre-existing issues such as spalling are included — we aim to slow further damage and stand behind our work.

Exclusions:

  • Damage caused by extraordinary impact (e.g., dropping heavy equipment, vehicles beyond residential load limits, etc.).

  • Damage caused by third-party contractors or other actors.

  • Any damage outside the scope of typical residential driveway/walkway use.

Key details:

  • Credit is limited to the 365 days of subscription fees paid prior to the HOA demand.

  • Credit may only be applied toward driveway or walkway repair/replacement services performed by Coatd.

  • The subscription must be active at the time of the HOA demand to qualify.
